I started going to the gym last month, and I am trying to bulk + gain muscle

I am currently skinny and I'm 5'7

Should i buy Optimum Nutrition Mass Gainer?

train to failure, stop, do it again, repeat,

buy Orgain protein shakes 30g, drink 3-4 SPACED OUT a day

use glycine (not melatonin) to sleep
 
You should eat at a caloric surplus, eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, oats, chicken, meat, milk and go 4 to 5 days a week
 
push pull legs should be good 4 u, calorie surplus, protein powder every night, eat good, rest well
