I'm so ill disciplined and don't do anything to help me because i don't have that hatred for how i look and my lack of doing anything will cause me to stay ltn. how do i make it so i can't bare to look in the mirror and would go through hell for the slightest improvement

Shouldnt need to hate urself. Its more about becoming a better version of you. You either want to or you don't
