A lot of men are seeking to increase their PSL (I was a victim of this) because they simply lack fulfilling lives.
Ever since the loss of core values around the 1800's, there has been a slow decadence at the heart of society.
People are confused, cling to contrived narratives or even measure their worth based on external standards.
It's simple, if you had a more fulfilling life you wouldn't give a shit
So start by affirming life, love each struggle and tragedy as a necessary and natural thing.
Each loss refines you in some sort of way, so learning to say "yes" to life despite all tragedies is key.
Then start by abolishing all your external values and cultivating inherent ones, new authentic ones that you actually express instead of engaging in as a result of insecurity. (reactionary behaviour)
What I mean by this is behaving like those self-improvement gurus and seeking to attain wealth, looks, and women simply for the sake of it rather than for some authentic and transcendent goal.
Hence, even if successful those achievements are ephemeral and don't result in much.
By rejecting conformity, living life as raw and authentically as you can, and creating new values, it might not bring about a "happy" or "comfortable" life but a fulfilling one which is far better.
It's fine to lose yourself, and destroy yourself in the process. This is a necessary stage everybody must experience first, but once that happens you must create.
This is not meant to be a comforting cope, it is a harsh yet raw call for men who will be determined enough to push through and overcome the circumstances they have been placed in.
I'm not asking you to reject external values out of spite or cope, but out of overflowing strength as you have created or found something greater.
You must continue to re-invent yourself, don't stop creating, don't stop destroying, become who you are.
