What are your tips and tricks for maintaining a more stable mood and emotions? Don't suggest sex or a relationship - I can't attain these.

Idk , as an incel it’s not easy. U can do whatever u want say whatever u want feel whatever u want now but at some point u will feel bad.

Emotions change even if u get into a relationship you’ll feel good and like shit

If u want a stable mood u have to be dead cause even doing nothing will affect ur mood

Probably just quit internet and have some IRL hobby to feel good to be more stable

I'm talking about not dropping severely below baseline and feeling like roping and giving up on my life, losing all appetite and feeling like dying every week or so. Something is deeply off, I am experiencing a depression recently.

Yeah, quitting internet works as it's very triggering, everyone I see on there life mogs me to oblivion it feels like.

Sometimes seeing girls in real life will set me off a bit though, ruin my mood and I will do things that further ruin my mood.

I think the best strategy is disciplined exercise routine, avoiding all internet, not observing people around you in real life & meditating, reading + Penis Enhancement for a feeling of sexual progression. Also no fap.

Sounds like cope but unironically meditation, ritalin, shrooms and maybe a therapist if you need so.
