My skin looks dull and poor quality

A lot of water, exercise and healthy diet. However if not possible, focus on getting vitamin c and low sugars. Also creams like retin a can help. If you do all this shit consistently, you'll get good collagen.

Also forgot smoking. That shit absolutely kills your collagen. That's why there's those smoking 50 yr olds who look 70.

It's 80+% genetics and at your age, smoking and shit doesn't make any difference at all yet. Smoking, excessive drinking, etc. mostly makes a difference over the long run (10+ years).

Only factors I can imagine having a big influence on ur skin quality at your age is sleep if the rest of ur lifestyle is atleast avg. (not fat, some exercise, no acne)

Eat 100percent clean, focus on nutrient density. Eat beef liver, bone marrow etc regulary.
Never do anything more to your face than rinsing under the shower every 2 or 3 days.

God tier collagen.

Thats not lazy info. Whenever I started skincare my skin got worse. The less I did, the better it got.

Same. Already seeing results from Tret after 18 days tbh. At first it made my skin worse, but now my skin is looking much more even (less discoloration/red spots). I've been using BHA for a long time and that shit did wonders for my skin, too. When I first started skinmaxxing I bought some meme products from Ole Henriksen and it just made my skin worse, so it's all about picking the right products for your skin.

Alcohol inhibits collagen production and with UV radiation is the biggest factor ruining your collagen. If you gonna use skincare routine start with natural shit such as aloe vera gel. If you buy it from the store it will probably have some preservatives in it such as glycerin but they are usually not bad and are used so the product doesnt spoil (they kill germs and fungus). Retin is the best against wrinkles but its strong and is more suited for niggas 23+

So many people say ur diet doesn't matter when it comes to skin so I neglected it. This is why I hate this site
bro diet always matters bro, its what keeps a person healthy and functional. but knowing these things i still have a shit diet, drink zero water and mostly soda.

Same. This week I've had 3 chicken burger meals xD and some other shit. Haven't had a glass of water as well and my skin has gone to shit

man i wish i could have 3 chicken burger meals bro. ive had half a glass of water though because i was forced to drink it. when i drink water its always cuz im forced to do it lol, its never by choice. but i always take a small cup and fill half of it. what makes you think your skin has gone to shit? like how can you tell?

Got this fat zit on my face and I can noticeable see my acne getting worse. I saw this clear skin mogger at my school and this girl said "look at his skin" and it motivated me to skinmaxx. I dont think its a problem with my collagen, but even my eyes have wrinkles under them

how old are you bro? and if youve got acne then yeah thats a big problem. i heard drinking water is a good remedy against it so you should try that. how come your eyes have wrinkles, did you fall for the squint meme?

As bluepilled as it Sounds. Healthy diet, overall healthy lifestyle. One of the most important factors for me personally are stress. I get terrible wrinkles and bad skin when too much stress and it gets baby smooth with perfect collagen when I’m happy and relaxed

Im 16. It might be because I squint in class so that's why. It might not be that bad because I was looking at my phone and I could see my reflection in my screen and my skin looked so subhuman. My phone was close to my face so it probably looked worse.

bro youre still a teenager, you should really adjust your diet and water intake. you are still developing, even though biologically you are an adult, you dont stop growing for a little while. so right now is the time you should focus on a good diet, otherwise it will f you up in the long run. if you were already 20 i wouldnt have said this to you.
