latisse if you have the money i think is the greatest for it + eyelashes but i dont know if you can make hair appear where there is none but if you have a little hair it can grow

Eyebrow transplant tbh.

If that's a no-go, then dyeing eyebrows can make them appear thicker. Applying minox can help and as already mentioned latisse/eyebrow serum may give results.

buy the foam it costs more but wont drip into your eyes

just get a small amount and rub it in your eyebrows where you want more hair

works better if you use a dermaroller/pen also
