How to have more free flowing hair (Ethnics GTFIH)

My hair is similar to the left pic, but I find the right more appealing and sexy (no homo). When I grow out my hair, it looks wild (similar to Marlon Teixeira)

What I know so far:
-Use hair straightener (won’t do that because my parents will think I’m a fag)
-Shampoo 1-2 times a week
-Don't blow dry
-Wear a cap while your hair is drying
-Condition hair every day


I did all except using a straightener but my hair isn’t as flowing as I want.

Am I stuck like this?

Did I miss anything?

Nobody is in capable of comrehending my JFL levels when I see guys unsatisfied with their curvy beautiful hair texture while here I am with straight hairs need to be styled every fucking day to look OK. Even if it does only take 1-2 minutes, imagine waking up and having great hair outta nowhere.

Completely straight hair is almost a death sentence.
I envy people who wake up and have their hair already decent looking.

Found out that by using hairspray and not shampooing my hair they tend to become easier to style in the following days tho
