1 - What causes acne?
Before we start with what treats acne we need to understand what causes it.

The main cause is hormonal. Hygiene can only amplify the effect of androgens.
(And before hormones is caused by genetics).

Alongside hormones hygiene and nutrition pay an important role in skin quality:
Excess oil, dirt, sweat buildup, even touching your face once can impact skin cleanliness, bacteria can transfer from your hand to your face in a split of a second so if you have poor hygiene, overly touching your face will contribute to acne. Nutrition too, for example carbohydrates and dairy products can sometimes cause mild acne.

2 - What type of acne do you have?

To fight acne you first need to know what’s the main cause of it.

If your pimples are deep, painful and cystic thats hormonal acne.

If your acne is surface-level and mostly small whiteheads and blackheads thats hygiene caused acne.

3 - How to treat acne?
the routines will be divided into protocols: for both types of acne (HoA as for hormonal acne and HyA for hygienic acne), going up in effectiveness.

HoA 1- Tretinoin/Tazarotene, sunscreen SPF 30+, gentle moisturizer.

HoA 2- Isotretinoin, sunscreen SPF 50+, gentle moisturizer.

HyA 1- Benzoyl peroxide, salicydic acid sunscreen SPF 30+, gentle moisturizer.

HyA 2- Benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid, vitamine C serum, niacinamide, sunscreen SPF 30+, gentle moisturizer.

Note: If you’re not using prescribed/pharmaceutical grade skin products you’re putting cope on your face

1 - What is the ideal coloring?

Note: there’s not an ideal skin coloring however studies have shown that women tend to prefer a more tanned reddish skin than a pale white skin. This also applies to black people, tanning gives red undertones that can make the skin look better.

Get a better skin color by tanning and giving yourself red undertones.

Which one do you think looks better?

2 - How to get a good coloring?
We just saw that a nice coloring is directly linked to a tan reddish skin.

There are many alternatives for tanning:
Sunbathing (make sure to have sun protection SPF 50+ because sun damages skin over time).
IMG 5949
Tanning drops.
Mt2 (melanotan 2).
Tinted sunscreen/mousturizer.

To give the skin a red/pink undertone:
Tanning.
Beta carotene supplementation.
Betroot masks
(temporary effect).
Vitamin c rich foods and overall nutrition.

1 - How to prevent scars and wrinkles ?
Scars and wrinkles can easily descend your skin so here’s how to prevent them

Scars: scars form as part of your body’s natural wound-healing process.
To prevent them you need to:
Take immediate care of the wound: clean gently, cover it and don’t scratch.
Protect during healing: protect from the sun, use sunscreen SPF 50+.
Good lifestyle: avoid smoking/drinking, keep yourself hydrated and have a good nutrition.

Wrinkles: wrinkles form when the skin’s structure weakens over time, and it can’t bounce back as smoothly after movement or environmental stress.

To prevent them you need to:

Protect your skin from the sun (#1 thing to do
).
Lifestyle: don’t smoke or drink, keep yourself hydrated and sleep well.
Nutrition: eat well and lots of protein, vitamin c and antioxidants (that are all needed for collagen synthesis).
Collagen boosting skincare.

Two identical twins one with good lifestyle one with a bad lifestyle.

https://enaesthetics.com/the-suns-impact-on-aging-key-findings-from-a-twin-study/

2 - How to treat scars and wrinkles ?
Well if you already have either scars or wrinkles, here’s how to treat them.

Scars: once a scar is formed on your body it will stay there permanently, it will get better but it will always be slightly visible.

Here’s how to reduce scars visibility:
Microneedling: very useful in general for skincare (improves collagen production).
Laser therapy: improves texture and color.
Chemical peels
: lighten pigmentation and improves texture.

Wrinkles: wrinkles are a natural part of aging, but you can soften or reduce them with lifestyle habits, skincare, and medical treatments.
Here’s how to treat them:
Sun protection: SPF 30+ daily
Skincare: (retinoids + moisturizer) apart from boosting collagen hydrated skin looks smoother and plumper.
Healthy lifestyle: no smoking, limit alcohol, eat antioxidant-rich foods, stay hydrated, get enough sleep.
Peptides & Growth Factors: (Ghk-cu for example) drastically boost collagen production.
Botox.
Microneedling.
Derma fillers.
Laser resurfacing (CO₂, erbium): Most powerful option for deep wrinkles.

Here we can see the effects of peptides (Ghk-cu) and botox on wrinkles and skin quality.

Final thoughts
At the end of the day there is no magic product that is going to single handedly ascend you but…

It’s mix of everything together.
