we have it too easy these days- have our biological needs taken care of- food, sexual activity (porn), shelter

gotta make yourself suffer- then u see who u really are

fasting and being really strict with what u eat, plus training more even when u don't want, is a great start

also when u feel a desire to distract yourself with social media/internet etc, don't. Sit alone in your thoughts with no distraction
