1. If you have a torso that is long for your height, it makes height frauding much easier to get away with, as the proportions look more natural.
2. Make sure you are wearing a high platform shoe that is above one inch tall, don't listen to the people telling you to wear AF1s to make you look taller, this is a common shoe that a lot of people wear, instead wear a shoe like an Air Max 95 or Nike Shox, as both these shoes are over an inch tall, instantly giving you an extra height boost as most people wear shoes that usually either an inch or below an inch. (usually under an inch)
3. Long pants
Make sure you are wearing long pants if you are height frauding over an inch. This is extremely effective as no one will really be able to tell if you have lifts in as your heel will be covered.
4. Fraud 1-3 inches, using shoe lifts or sock lifts. You won't be able to wear lifts over 2 inches everyday though as it will be very uncomfortable and will mess up posture. I wear 1.5-inch lifts with Air Max 95s every day.
Wear 3-inch lifts, though, for things like night outs and events with people you won't see again
5. Grow out long hair; this creates a small amount of extra perceived height.
6. Physiquemaxx-Having a nice lean physique with some muscle, will create the illusion that you are slightly taller, due to your size being bigger than most people.
