Been 17 for 1,5 months now , mom is 5‘11 and my dad is 6‘4 . I’m 181 cm (like 5‘11,5) rn . I think it’s worth mentioning that I am a late bloomer, I started puperty at like 14-15yrs old .
I weigh 72kg and go to gym often (I’m like 16-14% bf). My dad said he was the same height as me at 16 and after his 17 birthday he grew like 14cm in a year . Hopefully that will happen to me aswell . But rn I’m wondering what I could do to improve and push my growth . Im currently supplementing Omega3 , magnesium , calcium , D3 , zinc and k2 . I might hop on peptides aswell , which peps should I take then(I don’t want to take to many like 3 peps max) . Any help is aprecieated , …
