hello, i am 17 and 179 cm(5’10.5). i have been on mk 677 for about a month and a half now, but going to quit using it due to skin/ hair issues and the chance of fucking up my facial proportions. however, i would like to reach at least 182 cm(5’11.5). would natural aromatase inhibitors (dim) and more natural ways to get hgh (sprinting, melatonin, estrogen management, fasting, etc) be enough to potentially reach this height?

You are at good height.

Natural ways to grow in height is reduce body fat (aromatase lies in fat cells), sleep 9-11 hours, take GABA, L-arginine, Melatonin, do aerobic exercises, megadose olive leaf extract, megadose all fat-soluble vitamins.

Good sign if you wanna have deeper voice, but some delayed puberty's have insane growth spurts at like 20. Just have a high protein diet and get adequate amounts of vitamin D
