parents' heights are ~5'10-5'11/178-180cm and ~5'2/157cm

im on accutane n i HATE acne so my diet forbids diary + other stuff
im thinking of taking calcium supplements soon

what else can i do to heightmax? i get good sleep but idk what exercises to do.
