I am around 165cm tall, maybe slightly above it. I am 15 years and 2 month old. If it’d help, my puberty started at late 13-early 14yo. Is it over for me or not? My dad is 173cm and my mom is 168cm, my maternal half-sister is 178cm tall. What height can I possibly approximately get and what do I need for it? Let me know if any other info is needed. How do I maximize my height? Could I achieve 180cm+?

Just get good sleep and also eat a lot of nutrient dense food
