Without any more information, I can say that if you are actually 5’7 and so is your dad you have probably reached your adult height or you may have an inch or less left.
Your leg growth plates are probably closed, your
spine is still open, so maybe aromasin and hgh may give you 2 inches more, specially if you aren’t a torsocel, this is just what I infer about you, do not take anything for granted
