How to help scar tissue

Just had to have a pretty nasty surgery for my appendix, almost died twice but I’m not tryna write the story rn, just tryna know what I can do about scar tissue and how to make my scar look better. Also, my stomach is still super bloated from the surgery what can I do for that.

Well I figure people here prolly had looksmaxxing surgeries before and maybe they had some tips, my doctor just told me to put some lotion on it but it’s not gonna actually do anything for the tissue, just prevent discoloring. I might also run BPC for it

BPC is smart, also if ur in the US u can talk to ur doctor about it since its legalised there now. They could get u pharma grade shit with no risks.

I went from 113lbs before the whole ordeal to 125lbs in 6 days before surgery to now 104lbs 2 weeks later. Had to go 2 weeks no good or liquids. I gotta start lifting again my stomach just hurts so bad.

yea definitely wait until the scar is done healing and you feel better but try to get in enough food so you don't lose a crazy amount of weight
