how to hide aqualyx bloating from parents?

this summer i will def run aqualyx but i have no time where i can just become a recluse for a week. imma be working 35 hrs a week cz im a student rn but theres 2 weeks where im doing a research program so im working less.

my best idea is after going out on the saturday night before my research shit starts, id do the aqualyx shit so then i have a day until i actually have to appear at shit.

how can i lie to my parents or what do i tell them that made my face fucking puffy as shit?? im not as worried about lying to other people cz i can js say some bs like wisdom teeth but idk

what preparations can i do beforehand and what should i be doing immediately after to ensure the bloating isnt like absurd and a relatively fast recovery
