How to hide fat grafting from family?

I want to get fat grafting however my parents are very against any cometic procedure it takes around a couple days for bandages to come off and then another week or 2 for swelling and bruising to subside so all together I’d need to not see anyone for like 2-3 weeks. How could I hide it or should I just send it and not care about anything they have to say even if it means I get into trouble I am old enough to get the procedure done it’s just the fact I’m not sure what my parents would do especially since I’d be out of work for a while. Should I just say I was in Dagestan for a week getting my ass beat and that’s why my eyes are bruised
