I am going to Vietnam with family at the end of the year and recently I have been considering doing zygo filler and maybe some jaw. I don't trust myself in this point in time to get this done because there is a chance I could go blind. Cosmetic procedures are looked down upon in my family and they will probably think I am gay so this is my strategy to get cosmetic procedures without your parents knowing.
1. Split up from your parents for a day: Say your going to local gym or preferably convince your parents to let you go somewhere else for the day while they do their activity for the day.
2. Go get your cosmetic procedure done: Make sure to go a licensed injection clinic and do the procedure.
3. Leave the place and go get make-up supplies: Basically you want to put on make-up because you want to pretend that you got jumped. Add some bruising across your face and maybe on your arms to show that you have been beat up. You can do this yourself or preferably go to a make-up artist.
4. Go back to the hotel with your parents: You're parents will see that you got jumped and won't see the cosmetic procedure that has been done on your face. Since it is a foreign country, they really won't know the city well enough and will believe the lie. Don't wash your face at all for the next few days so the make-up slowly goes away while your zygo filler remains.
Bonus Tip: Put heavy bruising make-up on the type of filler that you're done to mimic the massive "swelling". Also if you are doing make-up yourself, slowly add faint changes of the progress of your healing to make it believable.
By the time make-up is gone, your parents will adjust to the "bruising" and won't think of anything of it.
