Why does hairloss happen?

Hair loss happens for many reasons, including
heredity, hormonal changes, and aging, which are the most common causes. Other factors include physical or emotional stress, certain medical conditions, poor nutrition, and harsh hair-care practices like tight hairstyles or chemical treatments.

Common causes of hair loss
  • Heredity: Genetics is the most frequent cause, leading to male or female pattern hair loss that is passed down through families.
  • Hormonal changes: Fluctuations in hormones due to pregnancy, childbirth, menopause, or conditions like polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) can cause hair to thin.
  • Medical conditions:
    • Thyroid problems: Both hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism can affect hair growth.
    • Scalp infections: Fungal infections like ringworm can cause hair loss.
    • Autoimmune diseases: An autoimmune response can lead to conditions like alopecia areata.
  • Stress and illness:
    • Physical stress: Events like high fever, surgery, or childbirth can cause temporary hair loss that usually subsides as the body recovers.
    • Emotional stress: Severe emotional stress can also contribute to hair loss.
  • Medications and treatments: Certain drugs, such as those for cancer (chemotherapy), blood pressure, or depression, can cause hair loss as a side effect.
  • Nutritional deficiencies: A lack of certain nutrients, particularly iron, protein, zinc, and biotin, can affect hair health and lead to loss.
The most important factor are androgens like testosterone and DHT. HOWEVER, testosterone is NOT your enemy in fact DHT is the precursor and plays a huge role in your hairloss.

The more T and the less DHT you have the better:

The conversion is really important if you want to prevent T into DHT. Common blockers of this hormone include: finasteride, dutasteride, Spironolactone (anti-androgen) but make sure to use wisely because it can dampen T.

Other natural sources include things like: (Non primal and non carnivore dieters only)

- Pumpkin seed oil
- Green tea
- Nettle
- Ginger
- Zinc (plausible)
- Magnesium (plausible)
- Caffeine
- Coconut oil

Sure there are natural remedies but they may be ineffective when it comes to stopping hairloss compared to supplements and real pills that prevent it.

How to hide thinning hair to give yourself a more visual aesthetic look including such emergencies like dating, going on night outs, interviews, job, going over to someone’s house etc:

That’s why a product known as BOLDIFY exists:

As you can see above you have different colour variants that matches your hair colour so that you know which one you’re picking. Go for black if your hair colour is black. Go for brown if your hair colour is brown. Go for blonde if your hair colour is blonde etc…

Here are some of the results people gained when using this product:

1763375647452

What it does it thickens hair that had been thinning by building them up in a short duration. But also adding volume to the hair including the scalp by filling out bald patches too.

How to apply?

For instant volume
  • Apply spray: Generously spray Boldify thickening spray on clean, slightly damp hair.
  • Work it in: Use your fingers or a comb to work the product through your hair.
  • Dry naturally: Let hair dry naturally or use a hair dryer on a medium heat setting.

To fill in thinning areas
  • Start with dry, styled hair: Begin with clean, dry hair. For more coverage, consider using the hairline powder on very sparse areas.
  • Apply fibers or powder: Sprinkle the hair fibers or powder evenly over the thinning spots. For hairline powder, use the dual-ended brush for more precise application, particularly for gray hairs along the hairline, says this Instagram reel.
  • Blend: Gently pat your hair with your hand to set the product and blend it in.
  • Finish: For a longer-lasting hold, lightly mist with a hairspray or setting spray.

Good luck if you are facing hair loss or just in case you need it to prevent in the future or it’ll be too late.

This is one of the things that you can actually improve / completely reverse (in some cases), so buying a cope product is legitimately counterproductive and takes focus away from what you really should be doing.

Everyone needs to get on Fin/Dut/RU/similar RIGHT NOW and start dropping minox everywhere or using minox foam.

Buy the product and use it I guess but focus on what will actually change yo shit permanently. Eventually if you follow a good regimen you will not need this cope powder anymore.

You can use both minox/finn and powder at the same time

Of course. But the focus should definitely be on actually stopping it. This is good but definitely not the solution.

It is so cheap to treat hair loss.
