u can skip the sign and tell every1 not to take it part as it may raise suspicion,make sure to swap it every 1-2 days and do the same thing

I literally have said this before the best method

Get a supplement, that has an opaque jar

Make a cardboard cutout that matches the curvature of the jar,
Take all the pills out
Put the peptides in the jar
Put the cardboard cutout in
Put all the pills back in
Now you have a supplement bottle, with pills that shakes normally
Larp to your parents and say ‘it works better refrigerated’ (if ur parents are high iq this may not work)
Then you can take the pills out every night and take the peps

my sister knows its peptides but is a sick cunt and doesnt tell anyone cuz she knows itd start a big fight and doesnt want to deal with it
