how to hide puffy nips (gyno) in light coloured shirts?

Some what puffy nips and I find light coloured shirts match my skin tone better but these nips show too easily through the shirt. I wear mostly baggy shirts anyways but it's still visible any idea?

why do you have gyno in the first place ?
If it is gyno and not just fat, you need to get it removed
If it is just fat get lean

And to make it not visible through a shirt, I have no idea

Wear a compression shirt, layer with a jacket, and use nipple concealers to hide puffy nipples

dont train chest as the muscle will push the gland and make nipples look more puffy
