just swim in a long sleeve thats the method but make sure the wounds are healed up and also pull the sleeves down frequently

im sorry for whatever your going through brother or what you went through i saw that you said you work as a life guard sometimes so probably find a waterproof concealer that matches your skin type as close as you can get it

Really depends on the placement of the scars and direction etc a lot of them can be played off especially as a guy.
For the ones that can’t there’s a few cover ups you could do like:
Waterproof concealer
Sleeves

Long term solutions:
Anti scarring treatments or reversing
Retinols
And just overtime fading even if it’s deep it will definitely fade overtime especially if your healthy
Anyways whatever your going though or we’re I hope you get through it and better.

False I have no scars at all now other than like 2 which don’t even look like cuts and placement looks sick, don’t give up on trying

You could try ordering a derma stamp and retinol creams still or buying in store.
For waterproof Concealer you can still get that at any age just look for your local beauty or fragrance shop
