No I'm not a selfharmcel

A few years ago I was younger and stupider and had a bit of a skateboarding accident after hitting a big crack in the road. My chin slid across the road and I ended up having to get like 6 stitches, 2 of which were internal.

The original vivid purple color has faded but there's still a bumpy pink line on the bottom of my chin. It's not a huge looksmin but it is noticeable and I've gotten a few comments on it, especially from people who are shorter than me since they have to look up. Hair also doesn't grow there.

If the scar had aura obviously I wouldn't mind, but it's just sort of just bumpy and ugly. Does anyone know of a cream or an injection that might help the scar fade away, or at the very least be less bumpy and obvious? If no such product exist then I'm open to procedure recommendations as well if any exist.

can i ask for more details? idk if youre being serious but apart from frauding ts looks like my only hope 😢
well microneedling helps alot with a bunch of different scarring since it stimulates collagen production, but obv it could depend on the scar itself, and yes im serious bro its very good it just might not be enough depending on the scar.

could u send a photo?
yes pls

Arlington Dermatology Scars1 1123654265

It's a steroid injection and it's extremely effective at getting rid of hypertrophic (raised) scars.
Hypertrophic scars form because there's excessive collagen which produces the scar structure.
Triamcinolone injections basically get rid of excess collagen and inflammation inside of the scar tissue.

right, so if i inject that to make it less 3d and more flush with the face, then use the silicone sheets, it should basically disappear according to what you're telling me right?

but obviously itll remain scar tissue tho right? so ill have a little bald patch in my beard hair for the rest of my life 😢

Depends on how severe it is. I also have a scar like that on my chin and facial hair still grows somewhat over it.
I got it when I was 6 and tried to do pullups with the curtain rods in my bathtub. It was really noticeable when for most of my life, nowadays it's not noticeable at all.

do either of you have a specific guide on microneedling or retinoids saved? i can look for one if not but im just not sure how that really works
anything that isnt tret or taz is a dogshit retinoid. microneedling is quite simple usually 0.5mm-1.0mm for the face.
