type of cut and scar?
epidermis is easy just slap some scar strips or wtv on it and it'll fade soon
dermis depends if it's deep or light either way this will probably need some type of laser option
light dermis is easier to get rid of tho
deep dermis starts to get keloid or hypertrophic
when you get to fat if you haven't fucking died already and somehow still here if you got stiches then good

tldr scar strips for epidermis+light dermis
laser/scar removal for everything deep dermis and below

it was a horizontal cut with a knife it was deep when it started but healed and its normal but it feels like normal skin just a diffrent color its paler than my skin color
