i'd like to learn more from since am kind of struggling in academics (good iq but bad time management and ADHD)

not procrastinating and writing down notes by hand (vs typing into word/google docs - way more effective for actually absorbing info) gets you 95% of the way there even in college at an ivy, i had a 3.8-4.0 in all four years.

also NOT getting addicted to substances to the point you need to delete addy/zyns to study is a big killer that fucks ppl over

everything else you hear (pomodoro method, flashcards) is mostly bullshit or very little value add
