How to hold a presentation?

Like yes it aint the end of the world but fuck bro im so fucking lazy to do a 5 minute presentation infront of the class. I dont like it. I think I would rather get 0 points on it which would be kinda stupid.

"Build up courage" yeah but the presentation isnt even thaaat important to me.

I dont know what to do. Its a presentation in high school
