How to I Bonesmash my infraorbitals correctly

I have very recessed infraorbital bones and I recently learned how to do basic bonesmashing from someone but I've also read that Bonesmashing your infraorbitals is really risky and can cause blindness so I really need a guide for that cause for me it's the most important area to be Bonesmashing in if it makes a difference.

just grab a sledgehammer and swing at your infras as hard as u can

you shouldn't be bsing infras but i cant stop you so light to medium taps ig dont overdo it tough they easily bruise and it can last for days making you have a black eye
