so there is no other way to check it by measuring some shi? i saw like the distance between molars have to be 40mm for example

U could fold a piece of paper and bite and then measure the distance between the molars. 40mm is on the lower end of what is considered good. 44mm would be ideal. If u don't have teeth crowding then pretty much knowing ur palatal width won't help u cuz an orthodontist won't give u a marpe or whatever if u don't really need it

like 37-40 is normal if u got 45-50 congrats u have a wide and ideal palate therefore a wide maxilla
