your skin looks generally healthy, so its prob lil insecurity from you so don't worry too much about it, your current state is good by itself
the redness in area around your nose is caused because of dryness and irritation
use gentle cleanser and moisturizer in the morning and at night as a routine and it should make you reach your potential
