How to i get rid of red patches on face? Serious post

My face has this red patchyness and its in my upper arms as well. I dont think its really acne because it isnt raised and also i got rid if all my acne by using moisturizer + cleanser

im trying to remove it, not use makeup to cover it. it doesnt hurt or burn or anything but i still want to fix it

i alreayd have hydrocortisone and use it on other areas - ig i can try it on the face as well
