How to improve all forward growths?? Thumbpull cope?

First off I just want to say that I'm still fairly new to this. 14 turning 15 next month and Pubertal growth is slowing down.
(NO SURGERY OR FILLERS OR HARDMAXXING)
I would consider myself pretty cooked in the sense that I have a really flat maxilla and a slightly recessed chin. All this shit confuses me cause you have people like
psloscar and babystickley talking about thumbpulling and hard mewing like it's my only savior. Thumbpulling seems like absolute bullshit tbh cause how it 2 minutes of hard pressure a day gonna change a bone.

I just wanna know if Hard Mewing really is my best shot or is there something else or should i jus cope and accept my face

i just do thumbpulling anyways because i have nothing to lose but i thing it's better to combine it with gh secretagogues to increase bone mass

Your right about thumb pulling but the problem is your doing it wrong you have to do 5 minutes with hard pressure 5 times and day with the times you do it spaced out.

5 minutes at a time? do you thumb pull laterally or forward?

thumbpulling is bullshit, the only way you can improve forward grow naturally by a few mm is neck training. you have a tall ramus. it may not be over. gain an inch of neck muscle its the only thing that can help thats not cope
