I think I mainly need midface work to get a little wider cheekbones and more support around the eye area. Thinking malar implants or orbitals. Gonna chew as well to get masseters and try to increase jaw width

That is my normal resting face now tbh. I have an underbite and it makes me have a lower third. Can argue it’s frauding but I walk around everyday like that with no issue and it dosent look unnatural really?

You're good looking bro, irl you'd be called good looking. My advice is to leave this place since the only flaw you have is long midface and not so great eyes, which cannot be fixed even with surgery. Leave the place before you loose your normal self tbh

Ik I’m a skinny fuck and I still get iOS and this cute cashier hit on me the other day while I was getting coffee. People on here overestimate minor failos and underestimate halos IRL.
I was hoping some people would comment with something about infra or malar implants because my upper midface most lacking region. And for eye area I was gonna get almond eye? Why would I not? I’m not mentally retarded I just want to maximize the yoith I have cuz I can get whatever procedure

In wouldnt recommend because they wouldnt do much. But your maxilla appears more flat because of your underbite. I would recommend you to fix that first.
