Is anyone here successfully dictionmaxxed? Seems like this aspect is very overlooked in this community, nonetheless it greatly affects the way you perceived by people, therefore affects everything. I know there is speech therapists and shit, but i somewhat sceptical about them, have to say - mainly because there is not a lot of success stories about improving diction (well, there is almost no info about in general), particularly 0 stories about it in BP community, which is my main source of information (sounds sad).

I have very bad diction and sometimes was ridiculed because of it, my own mother regularly complains about this issue, but she didnt do shit to improve it, when i was child. I actually visited speech therapists and she gave me some exercise to do - i did once and dont do anything for 3 weeks - i dont want to open my mouth, everytime i stutter or pronounce something incorrectly, i always get this unpleasant feel of my own loserness, dont know how to describe it better.

Partially because of that i dont have any friends, which is make situation even worse, since i have no one to talk to, i.e. dont have opportunity to improve my diction.

Like you got a stutter? Everytime you speak you just crumble under pressure and whatnot?

Honestly you said it yourself man. You barely speak as is.

An advice that would truly work it not just a read a book out loud, go to specific discord channels that help with this sort of thing and make sure YOU SPEAK, you won’t gain anything if you type it out.

Practice in your case makes perfect. (Not perfect perfect but you get what I mean).

Also do those exercises if you think they helped by the speech therapists.

all these exercises will probably help the most

Thank you! How long does it took to see major changes?
I can't really tell, the thing helped the most with my diction was the pencil drill, I practice it daily to this day for 5 minutes in the morning, it really doesn't take long and I like to combine it with my daily reading since it's convenient.

However, I would assume that I started noticing improvements in about 2-3 weeks from starting.
