your face is good. Its longer than the ideal ratio (and the gonion angle is worse because of this). get a good haircut. tight on the sides to make your face look wider. Focus on your diet to maintain the collagen in your face. I wouldn't risk loading the spine at this age. No barbell squats deadlifts. Its too darn risky. Forget the apps, using pictures of yourself will never get accurate ratios cus of lens distortion, you'll just end up diagnosing yourself with non existent flaws. rating is tough because i don't know what scale you're expecting. I would say you're low HTN and you could be chadlite if you don't fuck up. If you're above 6'3 and above, you're a high HTN. If you're shorter than the average in your country, you're MTN. But this is based on the 2 images. Some people look worse/better IRLokay thanks. could u rate me pls
