how to improve bad ratios?

in my last post i was told i have good features but bad ratios, how can i fix these? idk what ratios are bad but help pls

good features are good ratios, who ever told you that you have abd ratios is a retard
 
What ratios do you think are bad? Have you even measured them? Don't trust random faggots on here. From your pics, the important ratios seem fine.
 
bruh do ppl js respond spewing random shit now. do i have good features or no? like i get such mixed responses and i obv cant just rate myself itll be biased
your face is good. Its longer than the ideal ratio (and the gonion angle is worse because of this). get a good haircut. tight on the sides to make your face look wider. Focus on your diet to maintain the collagen in your face. This is all you can do.

i measured them yes but it was on some shit fucking app so i wasnt sure if it was for real or not. ill do it again and write it down i forgot the last ones. thanks bro i swear some ppl are just mad due to their own circumstances so bring others down

okay thank you. i am 17 so im trying to improve my health and eat better to squeeze out any bone growth. im currently growing it long and the difference between how girls respond now and when i had a buzz is already insane

Of course ratios are important but you can't really change anything because you're lean and you have a great upper third. your biggest litmus test is if you can get girls or not.

you might grow until you're 21 so don't drink. let your sleep and hormones do their work. Your face will get wider because of dht. letting your hair grow is a good idea. This is the time to experiment what works

thats true tbf. at what point is being lean bad? i dont have abs or anything rn im kinda skinnyfat. is it an ascension to get to abs level? ive been leaning out recently but idk if its worth looking malnourished

if you're cutting at 17, you're a certified idiot. no offense. Just eat at maintenance and play sports, sprinting, calisthenics. You already know the optimal diet. I wouldn't risk loading the spine at this age. No barbell squats deadlifts. Its too darn risky. People lift way more than they should because of the confidence they get from test and adrenaline. dumbells are safer

i dont lift i hate it and i play football but nothing else. i cut cause i looked awful as seen below. i dont wanna use up test by lifting weights and i cba either i prefer cardio debloat its better

yeah keep what you're doing. You can control your diet (if you were eating wayy above maintenance) but cutting aggressively isn't good. it WILL stunt your growth, however small that might be. The real dating game begins when you're 19-20

Forget the apps, using pictures of yourself will never get accurate ratios cus of lens distortion, you'll just end up diagnosing yourself with non existent flaws. Use a compass/caliper and mirror, and you'll probably find that your ratios are fine.

rating is tough because i don't know what scale you're expecting. I would say you're low HTN and you could be chadlite if you don't fuck up. If you're above 6'3 and above, you're a high HTN. If you're shorter than the average in your country, you're MTN. But this is based on the 2 images. Some people look worse/better IRL

well ill try not to fuck up then haha. im 6 feet and thanks for the advice ill try not to starve myself or nothing crazy
