How to improve bone structure

i feel boneless, especially from my side profile. genuinely what should i do to develop and grow my bones. i am 15m 193 78kg.

Your 15, which allows plenty of time. If you wanna go hardmaxx, blast HGH and test. Softmaxx is just increase calcium intake (so your phosphorus ratio is good) go out in the sun for vitamin D, and start lifting if you already havent. Wouldn’t go for surgery at your age yet though.
 
you will gain some dimorphism and uncover some bones as you age into your early 20's. I dont think the sides of hgh or any synthetic hormones would be worthwhile for you because you are 193cm at 15 (lol). Just eat clean & live healthy.

the most impactful softmaxx for you would be to grow your hair out, specifically on the sides (experiment, but i assume some sort of long middle part would look best) to fraud your fwhr, which is your biggest harmony flaw

if you are still uncomfortable with your looks when you are an adult then you can do some jaw filler to get a better gonial angle, outward gonions, wider chin, etc. And you can get a rhinoplasty to fix the bulbous nose tip
