Not even orthodontic methods can grow maxilla forward after a person hits 16 ok here is the basic maxilla biology a human maxilla reaches 85% of its growth by 8 years of age and the natural growth completely stops by 12 years of age (keyword=natural) and the maxilla sutures close at 16 so basically orthodontic appliances can help the maxilla grow forward before 12 or in b/w 12 to 16 years of age after 16 you might consider getting lefort and bro trust me don't waste ur time thinking abt maxilla it ain't worth the time effort and money mandible and cheekbone affects more facial ratios than maxilla does (u can improve them by hard chewing) even so forward growth of maxilla doesn't really do much with the ratio rather it's the ccw rotation which can't be achieved via orthodontic appliances apart from getting surgery
