How to improve Eye area at 17/Tanner Stage 4

How can I massively improve my Eye area? I currently have a slight negative canthal tilt/neutral canthal tilt. My Eyes are slightly hooded but not fully and I dont fully have Hunter eyes. Because of my Negative canthal tilt, my eyebrows are fading away from the eyes at the ends. Also my eyebrows arent very close to my eyes. How do I fix these things? Is it all just bonemass or what else? As a + i have a rather narrow palate, and have been thinking of getting MASPE/MARPE. My brow ridge is slightly forming, but not fully. Im a late bloomer= 17, Tanner between 3.2 and 4.6.

3.2 and 4.6 is a big difference but nevertheless get that mse asap and the other flaws you listed are sadly only fixable with surgery, Try oral minoxidil maybe also with topical minox to make your eyebrows appear lower set

It tells me 4 and these were lowest and highest, but I believe im around 3.6-4 because I look very young and I think I have alot of developement infont of me. Would'nt maxilla enhancement from MSE/Marpe help the eyes? And how would it affect Infras
