mainly just grow eyebrows, tint black, grow eyelashes with serum, tint them black, lash lift, coloured contacts, UUDD in pictures, slight squint, trim eyebrows as needed, concealer for undereye

Looks like you have poor under-eye support, some fillers might help....They are also very dark, lighter would be better.
