How to improve eye area

How’s it going guys, I was wondering if anyone had any advice on how I could improve my eye area. I’m gonna start oral minoxidil soon my lashes ain’t bad but they def could be better. I’m not sure if there is that much I could do without surgery but any advice is appreciated, even if it’s advice on surgery. Thanks for any advice in advance.
