How to improve eye asymmetry?

Ignore the bad skin. My left and right eye are very uneven, as you can see my right eye has a much worse tilt, and the upper eyelid sags over it a lot more. Is there anyway I can fix this or am I just cooked?

yeah the back of my skull was lowkey cooked before like 16. then it kinda healed most of it naturally. other asymmetries i just fixed habits.
