Buccal fat removal (improves ES ratio) :

I wanted to add bone shaving but couldn’t find any examples. It’s doable but there needs to be a guinea pig who’ll have to get it for the first time.

Trimming middle part of the eyebrows and rhinoplasty for narrower nose. A wide nose makes your eyes look closer set.

theres a procedure where they sever the latorbital w/ the lateralcanthus still attached and expand it laterally done which can increase both PFL and ipd(maybe) by 3-5mm btw

I found another cheat code. I lost one pair of my contact lenses and I wore only one of them and it legit gave the illusion of better spacing but then again LARPing as having heterochromia is probably not something everyone will do. I will make a thread about it later on because I think it’s legit.
