yes you want to remove the top, bottom, and middle parts of the eyebrows

All the red shaded regions need to be plucked out completely. If your eyes are not insanely positively tilted or don't have an hunter aesthetic, comb the outer edges of your eyebrows up to remove the arch from being that steep, it makes you look retarded.
