How to improve eyebrows

The Outer sides of my brows are less thicker than the inner sides, how do I fix that?

and how do I go about grooming them as well.

Get an eyebrow pen to fill in the patchy spots, dye if they are light color and take minoxidil. For grooming just comb then Vaseline to hold them in place.
