how to improve features

like how do i actually make my features better, like my nose, my lips, eye bags, smile lines.
i alr know and been doing some surface level looksmaxes like bsing, debloating, etc and it lowk improved my face shape but my face still looks like shit cuz my features are still shit. especially my big nose and thick narrow lips

Massive nose, read a thread on hydrocortisone a year ago or so. You could try that, not permanent but a pretty easy softmax. Havent tried it myself so i reccomend reading about it yourself though.

yeah i was on hc like a month ago but i heard that raises cortisol so i stopped and use tret

lips lwk bigger problem tho idk what to do

matryxil or hyaluronic acid on lips to increase water and collagen, also look into topicals that increase adipogenesis. but the only real way to fix is commisuroplasty. nose-wise you could continue on tret, go up to taz, or do accutane

lips lwk bigger problem tho idk what to do

They are pretty full, which is good. The problem is the ratio, if you slimmed down the nose and widened the mouth you would look a lot better. Dont know how permanent cutting is but definetly look into it.

I mean if you did it at night, cleaned up the blood it would have untill morning to heal
