you all know how I look after this time on looksmax.

I did bonesmashing for a while, works for temporary gains, in particular on cheekbones (Ded srs)

I haven't been researching stuff for like a year now.

My routine is still the one in my old posts.
Probably soon to add minox, but he doesnt need it

I'm going to list it here.

1) Taking supplements (zinc, magnesium, vitamin D)
2)Eating 250g raw broccoli a day
3)Drinking 1L kefir a day (skim milk)
4)Drinking 0.5L skim milk a day
5)Drinking 3L of water
6)Eating 30g Raw ginger root a day
7)Working out 1:30 a day 6 days a week
8)HardMewing 24/7
9)When I don't have to go out I eat 2 raw garlic cloves/day
10)Track my micronutrients intake to make sure I'm not deficient in anything
11)5g creatine/day
12)From time to time I eat 1 clove (once a week or so)
13)Before heading out (going to the gym to a party or whatever I used to bonesmash cheekbones)
14)Use hydrating cream on my face everyday to avoid getting pimples
15)Once a week I brush a rough cloth on my lips and then apply lip balm to make them softer and redder
16)Before going to a party/gym I would curl my eye lashed for better eye area
17)Havent been using shampoo for 1 year now, idk my hair seem thicker tbh
18)When I have some free time I whiten my teeth using olive oil, like once or twice a year (every day 30minutes a day for a week)
19)I will probably start using minox soon to get thicker eyebrows

I tried thumbpulling too and it seemed to work after a couple days my palate started cracking, but ai had to stop because my thumbs got inflamed and they where hurting

I always thought about doing it but it just seems like peak autism, if someone caught me I dont think I could carry on living.

Yeah lmao, but for cheekbones it kind of works.
It doesn't work much on chin, and it doesn't work at all on jawline

Also I forgot to mention that I spent half a year chewing hard gum 1 hour a day

Yes I got a much better jaw than I used to have years ago.
But I also lowered bf and I have grown since then, so I don't know how much is thanks to chewing
