I need tips on how to ascend my side profile, the first picture was about 4 months ago and the second is now. If theres any tips on how to get forward growth bc I know im downward grown, or hyoid training, anything will help

Keep doing whatever you’re doing ig, it’s obviously working, especially if you aren’t hardmaxxing, and there isn’t much that will give you more progression than you’re already having without surgery. Also, get a haircut.
