It does but very minor and almost everyone that uses it doesn't get them. It's very rare, but you can research on it

It’s not meant for eyelashes. I tried it for a few weeks and it irritated my eyes really bad and made my scleras extremely red. If/when it gets to your eye, it will burn really bad.
