How to improve lips and nose

lips are narrow (like 4cm) and are 1:1 with my nose, and my philtrum to chin ratio is 2:1. any fixes?
i am going to an ortodontist soon and im gonna get damon braces for type 1 malocclusion and i was thinking about a marpe

To fix mouth/nose ratio: get either commissuroplasty or alar base reduction
To fix low chin/philtrum: get either lip lift or intraoral opening wedge bony genioplasty
